Perform activities related to design, engineering and rollout of GSM, UMTS, Transmission and Data/ISS networks(design solutions for implementing new network elements and/or network changes , create Work Orders for the implementation of each network change ocoordinate assigned NP projects and deliver them in the established time frame / budget);
Analyze network traffic against forecasts and installed equipment capacities, on a short and medium term basis;
Inform management about any existing or possible capacity shortage or deviations of the traffic behaviour on a short and medium term basis.
Provide the necessary input for the budgetary process within Network Planning group.
Provide the necessary input for equipments to be purchased (i.e. configurations, required optionals).
Participate with good results in cross functional and cross departmental projects.
Continuosly improve technical knowledge and expertise in equipments and technologies involved in the above mentioned responsibilities.
