In vederea extinderii echipei, Lasting - companie din Topul Deloitte Technology Fast 500 EMEA - cauta sa integreze in echipa sa un Regional IT Support Officer.

Sub indrumarea unui Team Leader IT Support, veti fi responsabil de:

- Asistenta de prim nivel prin solutionarea problemele utilizatorilor de la distanta, prin telefon, e-mail, sau prin interventie pentru probleme legate de birou ( hardware, software);
- Asistenta de prim nivel pentru echipamentul de retea activ in sucursalele din regiune;
- Asistenta de prim nivel pentru problemele de telefonie, in sucursalele din regiune;
- Efectuarea de modificari de software sau hardware la cererea supervizorului;
- Instalarea si configurarea de statii de lucru, laptop-uri sau orice alte configuratii PC speciale oferind copii de siguranta ale datelor, daca este cazul;
- Raportarea problemelor nesoluţionate supervizorului direct;
- Sprijinirea echipelor de IT Infrastructure si IT Communication si expedierea cererilor de asistenta din afara expertizei proprii, pentru asistenta de nivelul doi acordata filialelor care sunt in responsabilitatea acestora;
- Sprijinirea consultantilor si a furnizorilor pentru toate actiunile IT legate de sucursalele care se afla in responsabilitatea acestora;
- Gestionarea resurselor IT (hardware si software);
- Stabilirea configuratiei corecte de hardware si software pe baza nevoilor utilizatorilor.

Cerinte:

  • Absolvent al unei facultati de profil sau student in an terminal;
  • Obligatoriu cunoasterea limbii engleze;
  • Experienta minima pe un post similar: 2 ani;
  • Experienta in domeniul bancar constituie avantaj;
  • Detinerea de permis de conducere;
  • Cunostinte de PC Hardware, sisteme de operare, retelistica, TCP/IP, telefonie TDM/ VoIP;
  • Persoana dinamica si riguroasa, orientata spre rezolvarea problemelor.
