- Technical support in headquarter for around 600 people
- Replacement of old equipment (pc + monitor, phones, printers, scanners)
- Configure systems in accordance with standards and operational requirements and
according to IT guidelines
- Provide 2nd level support per request from various constituencies. Investigate and troubleshoot
issues
- Software installation (midas, email, windows, printers, scanners)
- software upgrades
- phone management (without administration pf PBX) - classic and VOIP
- users management in Active Directory
- remote administration (RDC and SMS console)
- Blackberry based phones configurations
